Ivar Lammers is an experienced Global Head of Operations, including utilization and operationalization of new technologies and activities driving pioneering impact. He currently leads the global operations and further evolution of ING's financial and economic crime prevention controls for the organization's Corporate Clients and Financial Institutions business across 40+ jurisdictions/countries. As Global Head of Financial Crime - Wholesale Banking, he is focused on finding innovative ways for ING, and the wider financial services sector, to streamline the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and to ensure compliance, crime prevention, operational rigour and customer satisfaction in equal measure.

Alan McIntyre

Alan retired in 2022 from Accenture and now splits his time between completing a PhD in American History and advising a number of FinTechs and Private Equity investors. His prior role was Senior Industry Director for Banking at Accenture focused on senior client coverage and thought leadership. From January 2016 to May 2021 Alan was Accenture's Global Banking Industry Lead. Before joining Accenture, Alan was the North American Managing Partner for Oliver Wyman and worked with retail and commercial banking clients with a focus on enterprise strategy and performance improvement programs.

Alex Ford

President North America

Alex drives business growth in North America, working with customers, partners and the Encompass team to transform KYC with automation in financial institutions and other regulated entities. Joining in 2012, Alex has held Executive responsibility for business functions including Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, Product and Delivery. From 2015 to 2020 Alex was based in Glasgow with the launch and expansion of the UK operation, before taking up leadership of the North America business.

Alex also serves on the board of The RegTech Association and works with the Business Information Industry Association.

Notable industry accolades include being named on Innovate Finance’s Women in FinTech Powerlist, as well as the NYC FinTech Women Influential FinTech Females list. Alex is also a co-founder of Women in RegTech New York.
