Carers and personal leave

We care about employees, not just about their lives at work, but as people. We offer 10 days per year that can be taken for you personally, or as a carer for a family member with physical or mental ill health. Our compassionate leave also covers pregnancy loss at any stage.

Parental leave

Families come in all shapes and sizes. Our Adoption and Surrogacy pay and leave is the same as our maternity and paternity – six months full pay maternity leave plus full pension contributions for up to 12 months; four weeks full pay paternity leave.
