Documents can be purchased by debit or credit card in EC Public Search. You can also purchase credit bundles or subscribe to receive monthly credits, used to purchase documents at a discounted price. All document and credit purchases are processed by Stripe and billed instantly for one-off purchases or monthly in advance for credit subscriptions. EC Public Search supports three checkout currencies: GBP, EUR and USD.

You can view purchases in the Transactions screen in EC Public Search. This includes documents purchased, adverse media and associated entities reports, credit purchases and subscriptions. Credit subscriptions can be changed or canceled in the Billing screen at any time. View transactions and spending by individuals or by team, and control spending levels by allocating credits to specific teams.

EC Public Search has three roles, with each providing different levels of access:

• Guest – guests can search for and view company profiles and purchase documents with credit or debit cards only.
• Team Member – team members have the same access as guests, plus access to view historical searches, access the document library, and run adverse media and associated entity reports. As part of a team, you will also be able to purchase documents with credits (if credits have been purchased)
• Admin – Admins have the same access as team members, plus the ability to manage teams, allocate credits to teams, view transactions and manage credit subscriptions.
